Today begins the 3rd week of my “Babymoon” – I can’t believe my baby girl is already 2 weeks old! – and also my first week without full-time help. I actually got up in time to help get my 8-year-old out the door to school and I started a load of laundry (it’s been a couple of weeks) which involved going downstairs for the first time since my labor started, all while cradling my sweet baby in the crook of my left arm. No small accomplishments! But I can see already if I’m going to be back in my studio in 2 weeks as I have planned, I either need to put my sweet girl down (ha!) or get a good carrier so I can wear her while I work. Look at the baby yumminess I’m dealing with and tell me you couldn’t put her down either if you were me.  = )
